Main Floor Update

A lot has happened since the last update.

1. The floor on the east side of the building drops almost 4" from the front to the back of the room.  That's been corrected with a new floor/sub-floor.  Laminate flooring will cover this shortly.
2. New walls!  The walls in part of the east room and all of the west room were beyond repair.  They are now all updated with fresh drywall and paint.
3. Water lines and sewage are run for the bathroom
4. The electrical is done for the main floor with the exception of running it to the coffee machine itself (but it's there - just have to connect it).
5. The badly damaged floor in the west room is replaced and will be stained to match the rest of the floor.
6. Lighting is purchased, just waiting on crown molding for the LED's to be installed.
7. New doors have been hung throughout the first floor including a gorgeous glass door separating the east and west room.
8. Food suppliers are all set.
9. We've contracted with a local artist to do all the signage inside and outside (pending approval by the town)
10. We've got an agreement in place to showcase local artists on the walls via Dillsboro Arts

We had an open house during Homecoming and got great feedback from the people who stopped in.

Both the Health inspectors and building inspector have been in and have approved everything so far and the plans for the rest of it.
