February 8th Update - Ceilings

By the time you read this, the ceiling on the main floor will be completely new thanks to Tony and his crew from Pro Drywall (a month later than we'd hoped - but they did a great job).  

Next up - paint and a new wall at the far end, walls completed (adding an accent wall on the right side) and flooring.

Here's a sketch of the basic layout that we're working on for the ordering/pickup side of the building (the left side will have seating for 20)
